Unicapital Investment Real Estate business is actively engaged in the real property market as one of our top priority ventures through Akiba Capital Group LLC, our real estate arm. We are constantly involved in buying, selling, and/or leasing real properties. We seek to sustainably create a real property business that will cater for all real estate needs for the communities we serve. Currently, we are engaged in a community development project known as Mettery Estate in Henderson North Carolina where we own 126 acres of land. We own 126 acres of land where we are offering manufactured homes. We offer a wide range of double-wide manufactured homes and lots of various sizes as shown in the land map. We care about our customers; we offer fair prices, we listen to everyone, and work with each individual as they prepare to own a new home.
